The Invisalign Diet: What You Should and Shouldn’t Eat

Invisalign removable braces should be worn all day and all night but removed for eating.

It is okay to drink water with the trays in, but avoid anything else for two reasons:

If you drink tea or coffee with the trays, they can discolour or hold the drink in contact with your teeth for longer, causing greater discolouration.

Most importantly, never drink sugary drinks with the trays. The sugar solution will sit in the tray; before you know it, your lovely straight teeth will need fillings.

Invisalign vs Traditional Metal Braces

Invisalign is an increasingly popular system for straightening teeth. One of its strengths is that it utilises CAD/CAM (computer-aided design and manufacture) technology, which shows precisely how your teeth need to move to straighten.
