Whether it’s a child’s first Happy Visit or orthodontic care for teens, our personalised approach ensures gentle care for every stage of life.
We aim to share all the latest knowledge about maintaining lifelong dental health with you and your family. We utilise leading-edge technology to provide gentle diagnosis and, if necessary, treatment – and we have an excellent success rate, even with the most reluctant of patients.
Dental care begins with a Happy Visit for children aged under five. This helps to introduce them to dental care by making it fun. The visit consists of an appointment with one of our dental therapists, including introducing the dental experience and advice on care and future needs.
We recommend Happy Visits from around the age of two-and-a-half, but we are happy to look at your children’s teeth or give advice from any age.
We have a combined visit with the dental therapist or hygienist and the dentist for the over-fives. Necessary radiographs or X-rays will be prescribed at appropriate intervals to check that all the adult teeth are developing normally and screen for any tooth decay.

As children lose all their baby teeth, we check for the appropriate time to intervene with braces if required. Invisalign Teen is an extremely popular brace for teenagers, very discreet and championed by the likes of Justin Bieber. Many teenagers have been delighted by Invisalign Teen as an alternative to fixed orthodontic braces or ‘train tracks’.
We are often asked for, and are pleased to provide, second opinions for children who may have been having routine care elsewhere. Our philosophy is always to save baby teeth if at all possible. If they have to be lost, we utilise treatments such as space maintainers, which are popular in other countries like the USA, to hold the space for the adult teeth to come in. We only use white fillings and never amalgam (silver) fillings if fillings are needed.
A Happy Visit is an introduction to dental care for children under five. We recommend starting around the age of 2.5 to help children feel comfortable at the dentist and establish good habits early.
We offer fluoride treatments, fissure sealants for molars, orthodontic screenings, and oral health instruction to prevent decay and gum disease.
Invisalign Teen is a discreet, effective alternative to traditional braces, popular among teens for its comfort and nearly invisible appearance. We’ll assess your teenager’s needs to determine the best solution.
