Quick Straight Teeth
If you are unhappy about the appearance of your teeth and want to achieve a straight smile, Quick Straight Teeth could be the perfect clear braces treatment for you!
What are Quick Straight Teeth?
They are a discreet, comfortable and affordable method of straightening teeth. They work similar to removable aligners but have more predictable tooth movement.
By applying gentle pressure and concentrating on the front six to eight teeth, which are most noticeable when you smile or speak, the tooth-coloured braces can effectively treat mild to moderate orthodontic problems.
What are the benefits?
- Cost-effective: Low laboratory prices and a quick treatment process make this an affordable choice.
- Discreet: The removable and nearly invisible braces are made from transparent materials. There is no need for ugly, bulky material. Most Quick Straight Teeth reviews from patients have shown that they went through the treatment without anyone noticing.
- Quick results: time to achieve results is typically between four and 24 weeks, depending on the complexity of your case.
- Comfortable: The appliance and brackets have been designed to have minimal impact on a person’s lifestyle and do not require severe tightening.
What happens during the consultation?
During an initial consultation, your dentist will examine your teeth and determine if the treatment is the right choice.
If you and your dentist agree this is the case, they will take moulds of your teeth and send these to the laboratory to confirm that you are suitable for the treatment.
Your treatment can begin at your next appointment if you are a suitable candidate.
If you want to know if you are a suitable candidate, contact our dental practices, which is convenient if you live anywhere from Dundee to Glasgow.
How often should I wear the braces?
We recommend patients wear their appliance for twenty hours a day, every day. Following this guidance is the best way to achieve quick results. You can remove your braces for eating, maintaining oral hygiene and on special occasions.
How often should I attend a check-up?
We recommend patients visit us every two to four weeks. Our team will make sure the treatment is progressing as expected. This will allow you to raise any questions.
Will they affect my speech?
You can expect an initial adjustment period where your speech is affected as your mouth gets used to the appliance, but patients soon adjust to this change.
Can I smoke during my treatment?
We strongly advise against smoking as it can stain and discolour your braces, though you can smoke once you have removed your apparatus.
What can I eat?
Your teeth will be a little sensitive when you start your treatment, which might have a short impact on the “hard” foods you can eat, but the removability of the braces means that you can eat what you want when you want.
How should I maintain oral hygiene?
We recommend you brush and rinse your braces daily, using lukewarm water and a thistle brush. You should also brush and floss your teeth after eating. Your dentist will provide further instructions about cleaning your appliance.
Will I need to wear retainers?
It is strongly recommended that you wear retainers for quick teeth straightening treatment, as teeth tend to move throughout a lifetime. We will provide your retainers and recommend best practices to maintain your straight smile.
